AutoReplace with "Present" when Experience "To" date is in the future

Sometimes, a position may last for a certain time period, which will be known ahead of time. This will be input in Experience Post. However, the "To" date should not be rendered onto the site until that date arrives, but should be shown as Present instead.

For example, if I work at G4dgetCorp as a contractor between 2020-01-05 and 2020-07-31, I will input those dates into the Post. However, I'd like the post to read as "Jan 2020 - Present" until August comes around. On Aug 1, 2020, the post should automatically change to "Jan 2020 - July 2020"
